These Billing Terms & Conditions govern all payment transactions between customers and MONOMODS, a trading name of ICONISH LTD. By placing an order on www.monomods.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Secure Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, protected by SSL encryption.
We do not store any personal or payment information on our servers.
All transactions are processed by PCI DSS–compliant third-party providers, ensuring full data security.
2. Accepted Payment Methods

Availability of payment options may vary slightly based on your country (USA, UK, or Australia).

3. Payment Timing & Currency
- Full payment is collected at checkout.
- Our default currency is USD (US Dollars).
- Prices automatically convert and display in your local currency (GBP or AUD) based on your location.
- All displayed prices include VAT/GST where applicable.
- We handle all customs clearance and import duties for the USA, UK, and Australia — no extra charges upon delivery.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email and digital receipt.
4. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or fails:
- Your order will not be processed.
- You’ll be notified immediately via on-screen message and/or email.
- Please try a different payment method or contact your payment provider.
Orders flagged as high-risk (e.g., suspicious activity or mismatched billing info) may be held or cancelled for security. In such cases, any charges will be fully refunded.
5. Recurring Billing
We do not offer subscription-based or recurring payments.
You will only be charged once per completed order.
6. Invoices & Receipts
After successful payment, you will automatically receive:
- An order confirmation
- A digital receipt (proof of purchase)

7. Order Adjustments & Refunds
- If your order is cancelled before shipment, you will be fully refunded.
- If you return an item under our Refund & Return Policy, a refund will be issued once the returned item is received and approved.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
8. Billing Issues or Discrepancies
If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged or spot a billing issue, contact us right away.
We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
