Order Handling

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same day

  • Orders placed after that are processed the next business day

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link

Shipping Method Cost Delivery Time (after processing)
Standard Shipping Free 5–12 business days
Express Shipping $15 USD 3–7 business days

Total delivery time = processing time (1–5 days) + shipping time

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking

  • Tracking details are emailed once your order has been shipped

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear

Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses

  • Delivery is currently limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Germany, Italy and Sweden

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived:

  1. Double-check your shipping address

  2. Ask neighbors or building management

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

  4. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at support@monomods.com with your order number we will offer a replacement or refund

Currency & Pricing Information

  • All product prices are listed in USD (US Dollars)

  • At checkout, prices will automatically convert to your local currency (GBP or AUD, CAD, EUR), based on your location

  • Final charges will reflect the converted currency and include applicable taxes where required
