Standard Shipping: approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Please note that international shipments can occasionally experience delays due to customs processing, local carrier operations, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
All orders include tracking
Tracking details are emailed once your order has been shipped
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear
For international shipments, tracking may not show detailed updates while the parcel is in international transit
Tracking will normally update again once the parcel reaches the destination country and is processed by the local delivery carrier
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
Double-check the shipping address provided with your order
Check with neighbors, household members, reception, or building management
Contact the local carrier using your tracking number
If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, contact us at support@monomods.com with your order number
If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will review the case and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
