Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Returns are available for both defective and non-defective items.
To begin a return, please contact us at support@monomods.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide full instructions and a return label.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must meet the same condition requirements as above.
If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged or defective area
A short description of the issue
After reviewing your case, we will promptly arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on your preference.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated period:
Recheck your payment account or bank.
Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.

We cannot accept returns if:
The item has been worn, used, or altered.
The return request is made after 30 days of delivery.
The item is sent back without prior authorization.
