At MONOMODS, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every timepiece we assemble. To give you complete peace of mind, all watches purchased from www.monomods.com include a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects and ensures your watch performs as intended under normal use.

What’s Covered

Our 2-year limited warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, or dial
  • Faulty workmanship or assembly that affects performance
  • Material defects in components that impair timekeeping accuracy or function

If a covered issue arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no charge.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on case, crystal, strap, or clasp)
  • Damage from misuse, impact, or unauthorized repairs
  • Water damage beyond the stated water resistance rating
  • Battery replacements for quartz or hybrid models
  • Modifications, disassembly, or non-authorized servicing
  • Cosmetic issues not affecting function
  • Loss or theft of the watch

Shipping for Warranty Repairs

  • If your warranty claim is approved, MONOMODS will cover the return shipping for the repaired or replaced item.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to our service center, unless the defect clearly falls under warranty coverage.

Warranty Duration

  • Valid for 2 years from the delivery date.
  • Applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Becomes void if the watch has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized service provider.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under UK and EU consumer protection laws. It does not limit or affect your statutory rights as a customer.
