Every MonoMods watch is individually hand assembled using genuine Japanese movements and carefully selected premium components. Each timepiece is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

No. MonoMods creates custom-built timepieces inspired by iconic watch designs using genuine Japanese movements. These are independently assembled watches and are not manufactured, endorsed, or affiliated with Seiko.

Yes. Select one of our Custom Logo models to upload your own design. Once submitted, our team will prepare a digital preview for your approval before production begins.

Please note that we cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked logos without authorization.

Every watch is assembled to order.

Assembly typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on component availability.

After assembly and final inspection, delivery generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on your destination.

Tracking information is sent once your package has been collected by the shipping carrier and scanned into their network.

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide.

Shipping availability may vary depending on local customs regulations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. While we have prepaid these duties it's still the responsibility of the customer.

Yes.

All MonoMods watches include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage caused by improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Yes.

Unused watches may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The watch must be returned in its original condition with all protective packaging.

Custom-made watches featuring personalized logos are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the watch and packaging. Our support team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once worn regularly, the movement will continue winding automatically through normal wrist movement.

Automatic watches rely on movement to stay wound. If the watch has not been worn for an extended period, simply wind it manually and reset the time.

The Japanese automatic movements used in our watches are designed with a slipping mainspring that prevents overwinding during normal use.

Automatic movements naturally vary in accuracy.

A variation of several seconds per day is considered normal and is a characteristic of mechanical watches.

During these hours, the movement's calendar mechanism is already engaged. Adjusting the date during this period may damage the movement.

For optimal performance, we recommend servicing your watch every 5–7 years, depending on usage.
